| The following are our usual shipping terms: |
| Polo saddles, helmets, accessories and strap goods: 5 to 8 business days. |
| Custom made polo boots, jumping, all purpose, dressage, pony and endurance saddles: 10 to 25 business days. |
| Notwithstanding the foregoing, please consult us by sending an e- mail to know if the product is in stock. If it is available, it will be delivered within 2 business days after you have confirmed your request. Thank you. |
| As regards custom made products and/ or products with characteristics different from the ones published on the web site, shipping terms will be informed to you by e- mail before you make your decision about buying the product or not. |
| Whichever the case is, you will have to add the time DHL or UPS takes to deliver the products all over the world (between 3 and 5 business days). |
| Shipping will be at our expense (Free Shipping Worldwide) |
| Taxes and / or charges an / or local expenses that shall be paid in the delivery country are NOT included in our shipping costs. |
