How we do it
Leather:
Vegetable tanned leather, free from chrome through a traditional European method. Our leather suppliers have produced and have exported their products to Europe for the last 40 years. Visit: www.zanin.com.ar
Panels:
Filled with wool o high density latex. These panels are designed to allow the highest contact (depending on the discipline or model) between the saddle and the horse.
Tree:
It is made of stretched multi-laminate wood with flexible steel reinforcements and covered with highly resistant vinyl material. As regards endurance saddles, the tree is made with reinforced fiberglass of great durability, thus making it possible to have a lighter weight and a better performance.
Seats:
Made of Bayer ® soft and/ or high density foam products, shaped according to the requirements of each discipline and covered with cow leather of high resistance and grip.
Accessories:
High quality imported buckles and hook studs.
Stirrup bars, stirrups and spurs made of stainless steel.
Polo boots:
Handmade (all CUSTOM MADE) of Premium cow leather and horseback (croup) leather. Horseback leather boots are one of the best polo boots that are made in the world nowadays
Polo helmets:
Made of highly resistant fiberglass and handmade comfort details in their interior. Designed exclusively or according to the customer´s requirements using high quality fabrics or fine cow leather, if so requested.
