Buenos Aires Saddlery was founded in USA and it is located at 7206 NW 84 Ave., Miami, Fl. 33136. All our executives are very experienced in the manufacture and sales of quality saddles and leather goods, comparable to those of prestigious leader brands.
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly give you a refund. (See Home/Satisfaction Guarantee).

All our prices are in US dollars, but you can also request a quote in your own currency before ordering. (See Other Currencies on the page where you place your order).
Payment options. These credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, and  American Express.
We would like to summarise the different steps on How to Order:
1º Select a product
  You will be able to select products related to each discipline on the left of the screen. At the moment you can do this under POLO and soon under other categories.
  When you click on the subcategory you will be able to access all the models and the different choices.
2º Click on 'more information'
  And then indicate, quantity, color, sizes, tree, etc.
3º Click on 'add to cart'
  And the next screen will show you the amount of your purchase so far and you will also have the chance to delete or modify anything.(See Actions).
  You will be able to go on shopping or to proceed to checkout.
4º Proceed to checkout
  You will have to register by filling in the form with your personal information and clicking 'send' ( If you have already registered, just fill in username and password.)
  Again, all this information is CONFIDENTIAL and can only be accessed by our Customer Service Personnel.
5º Select your payment option and click 'order now'
  If you choose 'direct payment', you will be asked to fill in a form with your credit card information and signature, which we will send for authorization.
  Once this is received, we will send you the transaction number and your ORDER WILL BE CONFIRMED.
  If you choose 'paypal' , they (Not Buenos Aires Saddlery) will ask you to submit some information.
  Once you click on 'Order now', you will receive a confirmation number.
6º Confirmation
  Our Customer Service Department will email you with a shipping confirmation and to thank you for your purchase, within 48 hours.
